A Review of the Study on the Developmental Biology of Xylem

The object of this article is to review the study history and progress in the genesis and development of xylem, relating to many subjects such as physiology, phylopeny, genetics and structural botany. This article also sumarizes the study method, the thinking and the mechanism analysis of all sorts of results and hypotheses from the levels of whole plants, organs, tissues and cells to molecular level.
