Preliminary Research on the Growth Conditions of Adventitious Roots of GENTIANA MANSHUR CA
条叶龙胆离体根培养条件的初步研究

In this paper, basic medium, light and ventilation conditions were tested for the growth of adventitious roots. On the basis of these results, seven main ingredients affecting the growth of adventitious roots were analyzed by means of orthogonal design test. We found that the most suitable medium for the growth and increase in fresh Weight of the adventitious roots of Gentiana manshurica was White+CH50mg/L, IBA 0.1 mg/L and the VB1 and sucrose in the medium are 0.5 mg/L and 30 g/L respectively, pH4.
