Preliminary Study on Somatic Embryogenesis of Ramie

The light yellow or grey green granalous calli were induced from ranie cotyledons of "Liuyang Dayelu" on exw medium contatining 0.5 mg/L CPA, 0.05 mg/L BR. When subcultured on CXW medium tontaining 0.1 mg/L CPA,O.05 mg/L NAA, 1.5 mg/L ZT, the granulons structure became more prominant. After transfered to the stone medium adding 2 mg/L Met, 3 g/L YE, some somatic embryos were induced and then grew into embryo plantlets.
