Embryogenesis in Mature Embryo Culture of Panax notoginseng

Embryoes of Panax notoginseng were cultured on MS medium with 1 mg/L IAA or NAA or 2, 4-D. After 2 monthes in the culture, embryoids were induced from embryo explant on MS medium with 1 mg/L IAA or NAA, but the callus was only produced on MS+2, 4-D. When embryoids were transferred on MS +GA3 I mg/L+lAA 0.5mg/L, the normal plantlet with radicles and plumules emerged.
