Current Advances in Biochemical and Physiological Researchs and Molecular Mechanism of Somatic Embryogenesis

In this paper, we gave a detailed review on current advances in Biochemical and physiological researches and molecular mechanism of somatic embryogenesis. These researches includ: The synthesis of DNA, RNA and protein: researches on specific embryogenesis proteins: changes of endogenous polyamine metabolism: changes of the contents of endogenous free amino acids and small molecular reducing substances: changes of hormonal metabolism and changes of isoenzym patterns of several enzymes. We also indicated some questions existing in biochemical and physiological researches on somatic embryogenesis.
