The Study on Sexual Distinction of Dioecism in Vitis
雌雄异株葡萄的性别鉴定研究

We differentiated the sexual distinction of dioecism Vitis by observing the shape of pollen under a scanning electron microscope; analyzing the isozyme of SOD in leaves; detecting the polymorphism of genomie DNA with the method of RAPD. The resulsts indicated that:there was a great difference in the pollen shape of male and female Vitis, the pattern of SOD isozyme were the same in male and female dioecism Vitis; some of the results of RAPD were polymorphic between the male and female. The shape of pollen and RAPD were effective for differentiating the sexual distinction of dioecism.
