II-D Electrophoretic Analysis of Leaf-Proteins in Plants

This article introduces an appropriate method for extracting leaf-pro-teins in plants and tuning II-D electrophoresis of leaf-proteins. A clear and repe-atable electrophoretic map can be obtained by using this method.
