Abstract:

用0.01 mol/L CaCl2浸种和喷叶的棉花幼苗，在土壤干旱条件下，叶片水势、叶绿素含量、光合速率、呼吸速率、SOD和CAT活性降低幅度低于对照；MDA含量和细胞质膜相对透性增加幅度显著低于对照。
