The Report on karyotypes of Plantago lessingii and P. minuta

This paper reports the Karyotypes formula of Plantago lessingii and P. minuta. K (2n)= 12= 10m+2sm, K (2n) = 8m + 2sm+2st, and Karyotype " 2A" type, composition of relative length of chromosomes: 2n = 2L + 4M2 + 4SM1+2S1,2n = 6M2 + 6M1. The total length of chromosomes is 30.6 and 29.8 respectively. Both are composed of 12 pairs of chromosomes.
