BOLT GROUTING SUPPORT AND ITS APPLICATION IN WEAK ROCK ROADWAY

After analysing carefully the bolt support abroad and domestically, the author points out that not having sufficient strength of support is the main disadvantage of bolt support in weak rock roadway presently in China, and furthermore, the key techinque and the way of technical development are put forward. According to the study, bolt grouting support is believed to be a promising way to support weak rock roadway. The new concept, bolt combined with grouting to reinforce weak rock roadway, is put forward. The author has invented a new kind of bolt externally anchoring internally grouting bolt and a new technique to reinforce weak rock roadway, settling a series of technological problems, and has used it successfully to reinforce the weak rock roadway influenced by mining in Qishan colliery.
