The remaining intact rock of floor is considered as a thin rectangular plate,and thedisplacement of the plate is determined by the variation equation,based on the theory of elastic plate. The formula of critical value of anti-hydropressure for the remaining intactrock of floor is developed with Tresca criterium of maximum shear failure.The theoriticalanalysis and selection of parameters in the paper are of practical significance.
