POWER FUNCTION MODEL OF SHEAR DEFORMATION FOR ROCK JOINTS

Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing hyperbola and exponent models in common use, the power function model of shear deformation is presented for rock joints. The errors of the data obtained using the power function model are very small from the test data. In the end, the impact factors of parameters in the model are analyzed.
