Field Testing Study and Quality Control of High Trength Structure Bolt for the Three Gorges Permanent Shiplocks

The main purposes of the field testing study and quality control of high strength structure bolt for the Three Gorges permanent shiplocks are to stabilize vertical slope rock masses and connect thin wall of concrete lining with rock masses. When the shiplocks are put into operation, the high strength bolt will be always in a tensile condition. Through the experiments, such as construction technique experiment of high strength bolt, repeatedly tensile experiments free part anticorrosion experiment, anti-shear experiment, the construction technique, anti-shear technique and the working function of the bolt are studied and the guide is put forward for the construction and quality control in site.
