GROUND PRESSURE ALLOCATION FOR COMPLEX LINING USING STAND-UP TIME
|
Abstract:
Based on the 95 cases extracted from the database of RMR, the linear regression formula between the index of tunnel character and its stand-up time is built. The results confirm that the stability of a tunnel is dominated by the rock mass quality, while the effect of the width/span of the tunnel on the stability may be negligible. Considering the mutual statistical independence of ground pressure and stand-up time in the railway tunnelling of China, the formulae of ratios in which primary support and permanent lining of a tunnel withstand ground pressure are given.
