REVIEW ON COAL ASH AND EPS USED AS FILLER OF ROAD EMBANKMENT

Abstract:
The current study on both coal ash and expanded polystyrene (EPS) used as the filler of road embankment to reduce settlement of road embankment is reviewed. The extensive geotechnical meaning of EPS application is pointed out.
