TABILITY ANALYSIS OF LANDSLIDE BASED ON MECHANICS PRINCIPLE IN GIS

A new method for stability analysis of landslide, based on mechanics principle in GIS, is researched, and it will provide a new way for integrated evaluation on landslide stability. In this method, interactive conversion technology between 2D and 3D geologic information, spatial analysis technology of GIS, and Avenue of Arc View GIS are used.
