Abstract:

近年来,随着基因组研究的深入,遗传学家逐渐认识到隐藏在DNA序列之中及之外多个层次的基因组信息,它们与编码蛋白的基因一样,在生物体生长、发育中起重要的作用.拟从非编码RNA、DNA甲基化和组蛋白共价修饰3个层面介绍这方面的研究进展.
