瘦蛋白对繁殖性能的影响 Effect of Leptin on Reproduction

肥胖基因的产物--瘦蛋白可通过下丘脑或直接作用于卵巢,对动物的青春期发育、生殖器官的发育以及性激素的分泌都有重要的调节作用.本文拟对瘦蛋白的作用机制及其对繁殖性能的影响作一综述。 Abstract:Leptin,the product of obese gene,may control the development of animals' puberty,reproductive organs and functions,by acting on hypothalamus or on ovary directly.This paper summarized the mechanisms and effects of leptin on reproduction.
