Abstract:

猪的真黑色素与褐黑色素的合成量与分布主要受控于黑素皮质激素受体1基因。本综述了该基因的定位、突变与多态检测，黑素皮质激素受体的作用机制，提出了对黑素皮质激素受体1基因进一步研究的看法。
