通过分析GenBank中的全部95个HIV-1完整基因组序列,设计融膜肽"探针序列",对所获得的95段融膜肽的编码DNA序列进行了翻译、对准和分析.得到融膜肽及其编码序列的"优势序列"及突变分布。 Abstract:Fusion peptide coding DNA sequences were retrieved from 95 HIV-1 complete genome entries of GenBank.Results of translation,alignment and analysis led to "the dominant sequence" and the mutation distribution of the fusion eptide coding DNA sequences.
