Abstract:

近１０年来，已成功地采用定位克隆法和转座子标记法，从９种不同的植物中克隆了２２种抗病基因。这些抗病基因编码的蛋白质产物一般具有ＬＲＲ、ＳＴＫ、ＮＢＳ、ＬＺｓ、ＴＩＲ等一种或多种保守结构，在植物抗病中可能介导抗病信号的识别、产生和传导过程。
