Comparative Studies on Isozymes of T-type and V-type Male-sterile Lines in Common Wheat

Isozyme analysis of different stages of anther development in common wheat shows that differencesof COD isozyme zymogram and activity between Trtype malc-sterile line and its maintainer,V-type male-sterile line and fertile plants, V-type and T-type male-sterile lines are mainly displayed atuninucleate stage, whereas differences of POD isozyme are at eariy-uninucleate stage.
