CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MAFIC MICA IN INTRUSIVE ROCKS AND ITS GEOLOGICAL MEANING
|
Abstract:
A lot of articles on mineral texture, classification and mineralization of mafic mica series bad been published during recent a few years. This paper discusses the indicative geological meaning of material source of the mafic mica series. 35 field samples were collected. At the same time the auther has also synthesized 77 samples from chinese and foreign references. On the basis of research on gto chemistry of some trace elements and REE in marie mica, fellowing conelutions are primarily obtained: 1. Change of chemical composition in marie mica was contraled obviously by the material source environment. 2. Chemical composition of the mafic mica is closely related with mineralization. 3. The change in (Fe~(+3)+Fe~(+2))-Mg content in mineral composition has been closer relation to the geological emironment and mineralization. 4. The variation in chemical composition of svitalshite has certain indicative meaning for the material source of intrusive rocks.
