Enterprise Expert Search Based on Combing Document Weight

In view of expertise recognition and retrieval of enterprise expert,this paper uses combining document weight to implement enterprise expert search based on W3C collections of TREC,and compares its performance with another common expert search method.Study results show that the method of this paper excels in stability by using model BM25.
