Application of Queueing Theory in Digital Documents Serving System

Firstly,the mathematical model of multiple service window loss system(M/M/n/n) is realized and established based on the queuing theory used in the digital documents serving system of library.Secondly,the practical data in documents serving system from some a university library is collected,and initially carries on the parameter computation and the confirmation analysis according to the model.
