Making the Homepage for Academic Libraries

In this paper the author discusses the importance of making the homepage for colleges and universities libraries. A brief introduction about HTML is given,and the procedure of making it is discussed. Finally, Some ideas are discussed about what should be pay attention to during the procedure.
