The Ontology-based Method of Location and Navigation of the Scientific and Technical Information Resources in Internet
基于本体的网络科技信息资源定位和导航方法*

Aiming against the shortage of semanteme in URI of the resources of scientific and technological information in Internet, the research constructs an URI which comprising the semanteme of natural language for describing the role of browsers, the requirements of classes of the locating and navigating resources as well as the subjects and dimensions of the knowledge relevant to contents of the resources. Correspondingly, the server is designed to cognize the parameters in order to locate and navigate the resources by semanteme-cognition.
