A REALIZATION OF ONLINE INFORMATION REARCHIVING ADN INFORMATION GUARDING BASED ON TCP/IP PROTOCOLS

It has become essential to lighten the burden on the Internet and tighten up the management on the information flowing through networks.This paper analyses the dealing processes of TCP/IP protocols with the inputing/outputing datagrams, then puts forwards a concept of online information rearchiving, purposed for a next use of information and realized by modifying the IP protocol deatils.Furthermore,the author makes a study on how to place restrictions on the information which is permitted into a specific network in various forms.
