Interlibrary Loan Services under the Network Environment

This paper introduces the rules, basic conditions, woking processes, and new technologies and means of Interlibrary Loan at Hong Kong universities. Besides, three present large scale international document service centers and their Interlibrary Loan services are also introduced. Lastly, some refrence views are put forward for Interlibrary Loan in modernization of Chinese university libraries.
