Development and Evaluation for Management Software of Traditional Knowledge Organization Tools

This paper analyzes the features and tasks of management software of traditional knowledge organization tools during the digital and Web-based process.Then it introduces and analyzes three representative management software and produces evaluation standards according to international standards,early evaluation standards and new developments of management software in order to provide reference to developing,selecting,utilizing such software and impel the application of knowledge organization tools.
