A Preliminary Research on the Construction of Case Base in Digital Reference Service System

This article analyzes the knowledge base in the digital reference service system and discusses the feasibility of the construction of case base in it. Then we make a preliminary research on the case representation, the case base construction and maintenance and the case retrieval and correction.
