On the basis of analyzed comparing the differences between distinct ways to connect to DIALOG separately by special line,TELNET and WWW,the authors put forward several appropriate measures to shorten connecting time,reduce costs and improve the recall and precision rate for search according to specific search demands and online retrieval experiences.
