According to the viewpoint of the Management of System Resources, this thesis has suggested that the definition of the Mental Health is the effective management of the persons living action, and furthermore, its also analyzed its five operation dimensions. Finally, its also maintained that the practical task of the Mental Health is to promote the effective management of the individuals living action, for correct lifestyle and by self-responsibility.
