Knowledge has become a critical resource related to economic growth, social development, and the survival of enterprises (organizations) in the know ledge economy era. Knowledge management has therefore become a hot topic that re ceives more and more attention globe wide as a treasure-house of human knowledg e , libraries will inevitably face this new subject-knowledge management.
