In order to excavate the key influence factors on the efficiency of multiple inputs and multiple outputs problems and control them to increase the relatively validity efficiently,the paper has given the key influence factors based on the grey incidence degrees between the DEA efficiency factor and each factor.It is proved that this method is available by a numeric example.
