Study on the Consistency and Redundancy of Incomplete Information
不完全信息的一致性和冗余性问题的研究

The consistency and redundancy of information is studied in this paper.In a multi-attribute decision-making problem with incomplete information about weights,it is often difficult to obtain a satisfactory decision result based on the initial incomplete information provided by decision-maker(DM).So the DM may provide more new information,which may be compatible,incompatible,or redundant with previous one.In this paper,some mathematical programming models to check the consistency and redundancy of information are first presented.Then an approach that transforms parameter system from inconsistency to consistency by deleting the incompatible constraints is given.The rationality of these models and approach is also proved from theory.
