Under the axiomatic system of buffer operator in grey system theory,the paper constructed some new strengthening buffer operators on the basis of average tempo of time series.Meanwhile,these strengthening buffer operators have some characters and the inherent relations.The problem that there are some contradictions between quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in pretreatment for vibration data sequences is resolved effectively.A practical example shows theirs validity and practicability.
