Incentive Model Analysis on Enterprise Investment
企业投资的激励模型分析

This paper establishes the basic model of enterprise project investment , and obtains some profound results on inspiring effort, sharing profit and sharing responsibility for risk by using game theory to analyse project investment action of both sides, enterprise and its department, in principal\|agent relation. These results are of momentous current significance to explaining some recent economic behavior of Chinese enterprise and leading them to further deepen reform.
