The Evaluation of Process Capability with Multivariate
多变量工序能力评价

First,the paper discusses the necessity of using multivariate process capability indices to evaluate process level.Then three different definitions of multivariate process capability index are presented,such as based on direct zone,modified tolerance zone and modified process zone.At last,an application example is provided to indicate this point that multivariate process capability indices are more applicable and comprehensive than univariate process capability indices.
