Inverted-Order Problem and Application in Suitability Assessment of Land Use for AHP
层次分析法逆序问题及其在土地利用适宜性评价中的应用

In this paper,by means of studying the keep-order requirements and characteristics of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) commonly used in land use assessment,it is proved that weighted product technique is one that meets all five keep-order requirements.Based on these,by the analysis of characteristics of the factors in hazardous resistant suitability assessment of land use in cities and towns,this paper makes some development for AHP,involving into assessment model dealing with factors with some objective restrictions,which may be called restricted-objective analytic hierarchy process technique(RAHP).Finally,hazardous resistant suitability assessment for construction site in Quanzhou city is done by means of RAHP.
