Abstract:
Based on the relevant data of 56929 industrial enterprises which are newly established in Hunan Province from 1998 to 2007 and Hunan statistical yearbook from 1999 to 2008.this paper empirically studies the survival characteristic and its affecting factors and mainly find that:the relationship between survival and ago of Chinese enterprises docs not fully conform to the assumptions made abroad,but a uniqueU-shaped relationship;the death risk of enterprise is decreased with the original scale enterprises inc...
