Similarity Analysis between the Processes and Its Application in SPC
工序相似性分析及其在SPC方法中的应用研究

This article discusses a basic principle of similarity analysis at first. And then it proposes an estimating method of similarity degree between the processes, which is based on the principle of similarity cell. The steps of its application in SPC is introduced, and an example is given in the article. It is shown that this method is very suitable for the multi\|specification and small batch production.
