Making decision of large system is made by some experts.Based on the learing expert opinion,we put forword a kind of decision model-comprehensive decision model of interval number.We make use of the method of set value statistics, and represent the element of evaluation matrix and weight of some factors with positive limited close interval number and give a kind of ranking method about interval number and decision criterion. Finally,we give an application case.
