This paper evaluates the MIS results of some key enterprises by combining effectiveness and ordering into a new concept, and puts forward a combinatory analysis method. This analysis will provide foundation for analyzing the utilization situation of MIS and further formulating reasonable reform program in Chinese enterprises.
