Factors affecting the scale of affordable ownership housing supply in Beijing
北京市经济适用住房供给规模影响因素的实证分析

This paper analyzes the factors influencing the supply quantity of affordable housing in Beijing from 1999 to 2007,using both the methods of correlation coefficient calculation and principle factor analysis.
