A Measurement Investigation for the Relationship between Corporate Performance and Ownership Structure Factors

The measurement investigation for corporate performance and ownership structure factors is the key problem to analyze the relationship between them.Using coefficient variation analysis and multi-variable linear regression,this paper investigates ownership structure factors influenced on corporate performance,describes the measurements for corporate performance and ownership structure factors,and analyzes the rationality of measurement indicators.By means of selecting the indicators that have greater relevant relationship with corporate performance, we provide the measurement indicators so as to analyze the ownership situation of China's listed companies.
