This paper first analyzes the knowledge structure of the ISO9000 quality management and quality assurance standards from the point of view of their unique characteristics.Then a new thinking is raised for understanding and implementing ISO9000 series standards. Thus we provide a new view of applying knowledge management method to complex system.
