Process reference models have more important effects on enterprise information. Their characters are used to identify and search the similar ones. Since they are fuzzy, this paper presents a method for classing and searching process reference models on the fuzzy theory. It includes the design of fuzzy characters and weight for process reference models and the method of fuzzy classification and searching. These methods help enterprises find similar process reference models in several industries.
