The Rational Conditions of the Group Penalty Mark Mapping
关于群体惩罚评分映射的理性条件

In this paper, some cardinal rational conditions as anonymity, neutrality, positive responsiveness, nonnegative responsiveness, strong Pareto rule and local nondictatorship are defined and the group penalty mark mapping relative to group penalty mark method is proved to satisfy all these rational conditions.
