Abstract:

在含有屏蔽数据的情况下, 研究串联系统中Burr XII部件可靠性指标的估计问题.利用极大似然法给出了部件参数的极大似然估计,并分别在平方损失、LINEX损失和熵损失函数下,给出部件参数及可靠性指标的Bayes估计.最后利用Monte-Carlo随机模拟方法对各种估计结果进行了比较分析.
